Job summary

EY in the US is seeking a seasoned Workforce Solutions consultant to join the People Consulting team. You will help clients design and implement global WFS solutions, focusing on ADP WFS, and shape transformation across geographies.

You will lead large-scale projects, manage cross-functional teams, and advise on best practices while maintaining internal controls and risk management. Travel and hybrid work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in WFS consulting.
• ADP WFS certification preferred.
• Expert in timekeeping, attendance and scheduling.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects including ADP implementations.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery.
• Develop client relationships and proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure internal controls and risk reduction.
