Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned WFS consultant to join the People Consulting group in a hybrid US-based role. You will lead large-scale ADP WFS projects, deliver strategic solutions, and drive client success across global teams.

You should have 7+ years of experience, WFS certifications, and strong analytical skills with Excel/PowerPoint proficiency. Travel up to moderate levels and collaboration across EY offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with large-scale ADP WFS projects.
• WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping.
• Global multi-national ADP WFS implementations experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects on ADP WFS and related modules.
• Deliver high-quality client service and build lasting relationships.
• Support seamless transitions during ADP WFS implementations.
