EY is seeking a senior People Consulting expert to lead global WFS projects, focusing on ADP WFS implementations and workforce optimization. You will guide clients through timekeeping, attendance, forecasting and scheduling, building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions across regions.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams, travel as needed, and support business development while leveraging your knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with large-scale ADP WFS projects or global deployments.
• WFS certifications preferred (Timekeeping advantageous).
• Subject matter expert in workforce solution domains such as time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling.

• Lead large-scale WFS projects and deliver high-quality client services.
• Advising on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance WFS quality and reduce risk.
