EY is seeking a seasoned People Consulting professional to lead global ADP WFS projects, advising on best practices and delivery models. You will manage cross-border teams, develop client relationships, and pursue WFS opportunities while traveling as needed and working in a hybrid EY environment.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of WFS experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least one WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping, with willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• WFS certification(s) required, preferably Timekeeping, multiple certifications preferred.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain (time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling).
• Experience leading multiple global ADP WFS implementations and operations.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with ~3 days/week client site or EY office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFS projects.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery model.
• Identify WFS improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce risk.
• Support seamless transition during ADP WFS solution implementations.
