EY is hiring for a People Consulting WFS lead in the United States. You will join a global team delivering ADP WFS solutions and transforming workforce management across multinational clients, including advisory, configuration, testing and post-production support.

You will manage complex projects, build client relationships, and drive improvements in timekeeping, attendance, forecasting and scheduling. A hybrid work model with travel to client sites or EY offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in WFS.
• Experience with large ADP WFS projects and multinational deployments.
• One or more WFS certifications, preferably Timekeeping.
• Subject matter expert in workforce solution domains (time management, attendance, scheduling).
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with client sites or EY offices.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale WFS projects and deliver client services.
• Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance quality and reduce risk.
• Support and deliver transitions during ADP WFS implementations.
• Collaborate with teams across capabilities and geographies.
