Job summary

EY’s People Consulting team in the United States is hiring for a senior WFS advisory role. You will help clients implement and optimize global workforce management solutions (ADP WFS), balancing complex requirements with internal controls and risk management.

Travel and hybrid work are expected, with client sites or EY offices as needed. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of WFS experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and expertise in timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and related HCM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with relevant professional experience in WFS projects.
Subject matter expert in one or more Workforce Solution domains (timekeeping, forecasting, scheduling).
Experience leading or supporting global ADP WFS implementations and operations.
Strong communication, client relationship and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale WFS projects, delivering high-quality client service and work products.
Advise on WFS best practices and service delivery models across global deployments.
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance WFS quality and reduce risk.
Support seamless transitions during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
Develop proposals and deliver client presentations to drive business growth.
