Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to advance our People Consulting practice. You will drive large-scale WFS implementations, focus on timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling, and ensure clients maximize value from their workforce solutions.

You will collaborate across capabilities, leading configurations, builds, and postproduction support while traveling to client sites or EY offices in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Be a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS.
• Deliver quality client service, solutions, and balance priorities.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP WFS and related applications.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies for end-client sales.
• Prepare design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Support data analysis, findings, and knowledge transfer.
• Participate in Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Migration, and Postproduction Support.
