Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to join the People Consulting team, focusing on large-scale ADP WFS projects. You will deliver client services, guide WFS best practices, and drive initiatives to improve performance while balancing multiple priorities.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a WFS certification, and the ability to travel. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with global teams across EY’s client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in WFS.
• Hold at least one WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping.
• Subject matter expert in Workforce Solution domain (time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling).
• Experience in managing or leading multiple global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (avg 3 days on client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Support clients’ global WFS challenges, issues and complex requirements, including advising on best practices and service delivery model.
• Identify WFS improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance quality and reduce risk.
• Deliver seamless transitions during ADP WFS solution implementations and transformations.
• Lead and integrate with new teams, establish client relationships, and communicate clearly.
