Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in WFS or related fields.
- At least one WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping.
- Subject matter expertise in workforce solution domains (timekeeping, attendance, forecasting, scheduling).
- Experience managing or supporting global ADP WFS implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS.
- Deliver high-quality client service and results across teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize WFS processes.
- Support transition during ADP WFS implementations and transformations.
- Develop proposals and deliver client presentations to grow engagements.
