Qualifications

• BA/BS and 12+ years of leadership experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and client relationships.
• Experience leading Water Resources programs and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Heavy Civil Water Resources business development plan.
• Coordinate with divisions to maintain a robust pipeline and reconcile opportunities.
• Engage customers and develop solutions for recompete opportunities.
• Promote the company through industry events and external engagement.
• Develop relationships with clients, partners and industry groups to grow market share.
• Monitor market trends to keep AECOM competitive in water resources.
