AECOM is seeking a Global Heavy Civil Water Resources Business Development leader to drive growth across civil works programs, levees, coastal protection, pumping stations and mega water projects. You will oversee approximately $200M in bookings annually and aim for 10% to 20% growth, leveraging deep client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS with 12+ years of experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership.
• Proven leadership in water resources or related civil markets.
• Strong client relationship development and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develops the vision, objectives, metrics, and plans for the heavy civil water resources business development function.
• Maintains a robust pipeline of opportunities and coordinates across company divisions.
• Engages with customers to understand requirements and advance opportunities, including recompete work.
• Promotes company reputation through industry events and CSR activities.
• Keeps abreast of market trends and opportunities, and develops teaming arrangements as needed.
