Job summary

AECOM in San Francisco seeks a leader to head the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources effort. You will oversee civil works programs, levees, coastal protection, pumping stations and mega water projects, driving approximately $200M annually and 10–20% growth.

Lead the business development function, coordinate across divisions, and maintain critical client relationships. Requires BA/BS + 12 years with 4 years of leadership experience; P&L exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 12 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops the vision, objectives, metrics, plans and structure for the business development function for the heavy civil market.
• Monitors market across the business and strategizes with leaders on issues and opportunities.
• Develops and drives business development strategies to obtain new sales or increase sales with existing customers.
• Ensures a coordinated business development function across divisions, pipeline of opportunities, and alignment of objectives.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and represents the company in industry groups.
• Promotes ethics, safety, diversity, engagement and operational excellence across the organization.
