Qualificações

• BA/BS plus 12+ years experience including 4 years of leadership.
• Extensive Water Resources leadership experience preferred, incl 6+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, revenue, margins, DSOs, and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the global heavy civil water resources business development vision and metrics.
• Coordinate across divisions to maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and execute a customer engagement plan to win new work and recompete opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, industry groups and partners to expand opportunities and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and propose teaming, joint ventures, or other alliances as appropriate.
