• Experience growing regional business and collaborating with other regions.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue, margins, DSOs and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develops the vision, objectives and plans for the business development function in heavy civil water resources.
• Ensures a coordinated business development effort across divisions with a robust pipeline.
• Builds and maintains customer engagement plans and relationships across projects and recompete opportunities.
• Represents the company with customers, industry groups and trade associations to advance business interests.
