You will drive business development, manage performance, and build strong client partnerships while leading teams across multiple regions in a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 12+ years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue generation, project margin achievement, DSO, G&A, project delivery, client satisfaction, staff utilization, safety, claims resolution and quality.
• Experience growing a regional business and collaborating with other regions.

Responsibilities

• Develops vision and plans for the heavy civil Water Resources business line.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and align with management objectives.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and drive solution development.
