AECOM is seeking a leader to drive the Global Heavy Civil Water Resources effort, overseeing approximately $200MM annual bookings and aiming for 10–20% annual growth. The role requires deep client relationships and exceptional communication across a global team in a hybrid work model.

Based in the United States, the candidate will partner with Directors and Team Leaders to shape business development strategies, engage customers, and advance AECOM’s water resources capabilities on megaprojects

Qualificações

• BA/BS plus 12 years of experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership.
• Extensive Water Resources leadership experience with 6+ years.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue generation, project margin, DSO, G&A, client satisfaction, staff utilization, safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Develops vision and objectives for the heavy civil Water Resources market in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Ensures a coordinated business development function across divisions and builds a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Engages with customers to understand requirements and position AECOM capabilities.
• Leverages events, partnerships and industry groups to enhance brand and opportunities.
• Plans for future growth in heavy civil market sectors and communicates strategies to teams.
• Stays current with Water Resources services and identifies opportunities to apply capabilities to client needs.
