AECOM is seeking a strategic leader to head Global Heavy Civil Water Resources efforts in Tampa. The role oversees ~USD 200M annual bookings, drives 10–20% annual growth, and builds deep client relationships across water resources.

You will partner with the Water Resources leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute business development plans, manage P&L, and advance large-scale mega programs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 12 years of experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership.
• Extensive Water Resources leadership experience, including 6 years of leadership.
• Experience managing P&L including revenue generation, project margin achievement, DSO, G&A, project delivery, client satisfaction, staff utilization, safety, claims resolution and quality.
• Experience growing a regional business and collaborating with other regions.

Responsabilités

• Develops the vision, objectives, metrics and plans for the heavy civil water market development.
• Ensures a coordinated business development function across divisions and maintains a robust pipeline.
• Develops and maintains a customer engagement plan; interfaces with customers for recompete opportunities.
• Promotes the company’s reputation through events and corporate social responsibility activities.
• Plans for future development and growth of the heavy civil market sectors and presents plans.
• Keeps current with Water Business Line services and opportunities to apply capabilities.
