Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or program leadership.
- Fluent English language skills with excellent executive communication and facilitation.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines.
- Lead resolution of barriers at interfaces between functions to prioritize root-cause initiatives.
- Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and governance.
