• 10+ years in transformation or strategy execution roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to value, growth, margin and cash.
• Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP environments; advantageous in industrial/B2B context.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing or technology environments; Lean/Six Sigma cert a plus.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with milestones and risks.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines; establish governance.
• Lead resolution of cross-functional blockers across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model across processes and tech.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio and dependencies.
• Drive adoption of new organization and continuous improvement across leadership.
