Job summary

ABB's NEMA Motors Division seeks a senior transformation leader to anchor the international transformation roadmap, align global lines, and drive governance across markets. Hybrid work model with 30–40% international travel supports a scalable operating model.

You will lead an executive Transformation Office, enable change leadership, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes, with a focus on profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, commercial excellence, enterprise program leadership or management consulting.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces across functions to prioritized initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model for growth and acquisitions.
• Lead an executive Transform Office managing portfolio, cadence, dependencies and risk.
• Lead change leadership and capability building for new international organization.
