Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Transformation Leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap, aligning strategy with global business lines and governing cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong executive presence to manage complex programs across geographies and to enable profitable international growth.

The position offers a hybrid work model with substantial travel (30-40%) and a chance to influence corporate transformation at scale within the NEMA Motors division.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution or management consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Admin, Engineering, Strategy, Operations or related.
• Experience across geographies or multiple business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and cash.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation and synthesis skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP environments and end-to-end customer processes.
• Industrial/manufacturing or B2B technology background; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive international transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale.
• Act as senior integrator between International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces (Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR).
• Custodian of the International target operating model and scalable organization design.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance and risks.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization and continuous improvement framework.
