Job summary

ABB's NEMA Motors Division seeks a senior transformation leader to own and drive the international transformation roadmap, aligning strategy with cross-functional initiatives and measuring milestones.

You will partner with global teams, remove barriers across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and HR, shape operating models for profitable international growth, and guide an executive Transformation Office through governance and risk management. Travel 30-40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design or management consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and capability.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation and synthesis skills.
• Familiarity with international commercial models and CRM/ERP environments.
• Industrial/manufacturing or B2B technology background is a plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma or program-management certification is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with the Stabilize-Optimize-Scale journey.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance mechanisms.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across international interfaces with clear ownership.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model for profitable growth.
• Lead an executive-level Transformation Office managing portfolio, cadence and risks.
• Lead change adoption and capability building with continuous improvement.
