ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap, coordinating with global business lines and IT, finance and operations. The role requires shaping an international operating model and leading an executive Transformation Office.

You will travel internationally about 30-40% and partner across geographies to deliver measurable outcomes, ROI, and growth while guiding governance and prioritization across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution or program leadership.
• Advanced degree in business, engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional change across geographies.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Integrate NEMA International with Global Business Lines via governance structures.
• Resolve cross-functional barriers with prioritized root-cause actions.
• Maintain target operating model with governance, processes and tech.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio and risks.
• Lead change management and capability building across the org.
• Drive continuous improvement linking frontline issues to business gains.
