ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap, coordinating with global lines and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.

Expect executive-level collaboration, governance, and rapid problem solving across geographies. The role requires 10+ years in transformation, excellent communication, and fluency in English, with travel and a hybrid work model in the United States.

Competenze

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design or program leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen aligned to growth, margins and customer value.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation and synthesis skills.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives and clear milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance mechanisms.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR, etc.
• Serve as custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolve processes and capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio governance and risks.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization through change leadership and capability building.
