ABB's NEMA Motors Division seeks a Senior Transformation Leader to drive the international transformation roadmap, aligning product, portfolio and investment priorities with markets worldwide.

You will partner with Global Business Lines, manage cross-functional workstreams, and build governance mechanisms to deliver sustainable growth. The role requires 10+ years of program leadership, fluency in English, and willingness to travel 30–40% internationally; hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Admin, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
• Able to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience turning strategy into executable roadmaps and governance.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces to deliver prioritized initiatives.
• Custodian of the international target operating model ensuring coherent growth.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance cadence, risks.
• Lead change management and build capability with continuous improvement.
