Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, commercial excellence or enterprise program leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes, milestones and success measures.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance mechanisms.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and others.
• Serve as custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and evolve governance, processes and capabilities.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance cadence and risk.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization through change leadership and capability building.
