Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap and oversee an executive Transformation Office. The role coordinates cross-functional efforts across global lines, aligning strategy to actionable roadmaps and governance.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, and lead change initiatives to enable profitable international growth and future expansion.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or management consulting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
Experience leading complex, cross-geographies transformation across multiple geographies or business units.
Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and cash.
Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with pace and judgement.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and success measures.
Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines; establish governance and cross-functional commitments.
Lead resolution of systemic barriers between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and others.
Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model; evolve governance and capabilities for international growth.
Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing portfolio, cadence, dependencies, and risks.
Lead adoption of the international organization through change leadership and capability building.
