Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a senior transformation leader for the NEMA Motors division to guide international strategy and execution, including the Stabilize-Optimize-Scale journey. The role requires travel of 30-40% and a hybrid work model, with broad impact across markets and functions.

You will align senior stakeholders, design governance, and drive measurable outcomes across geographies, teams, and processes to enable profitable international growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-geography transformation projects.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience turning strategy into executable governance and roadmaps.
• Fluent English language skills and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and governance.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR.
• Serve as custodian of the international target operating model for growth.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office managing portfolio and risk.
• Lead change adoption and continuous improvement with leadership accountability.
