Job summary

HKA is seeking a Global Total Reward professional to lead and optimize reward programs for the Americas region while collaborating with the Global Total Reward Director. The role drives benchmark analyses, benefits management, and open enrollment in partnership with US/Canada brokers.

You will use Workday to deliver data-driven recommendations, prepare material for executives, and support annual cycles and promotions with a commercial mindset across a global team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Total Reward experience with hands-on ownership of reward activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s total reward with a focus on the Americas Region, while collaborating on Global initiatives.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas Region with pay transparency, benefits and time off regulations.
• Partner with US and Canada benefits brokers to optimize benefits and run open enrollment.
• Provide job-specific benchmarking analyses and reward data to support decisions for hires and promotions.
• Support the Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday, including summaries for senior leaders.
