Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to enhance compensation and benefits across the Americas and globally, reporting to the Global Total Reward Director. The role will partner with the Americas People Team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality reward improvements using data analytics and commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will manage reward programs, ensure compliance, and provide insights to senior leaders, including the CEO and Board Remuneration Committee.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Total Reward experience.
• Strong benefits acumen with US/Canada focus.
• Advanced analytics skills with reward modeling and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Attention to data accuracy, detail, and insight for reward data.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for the Americas with global collaboration (salary structures, benefits, incentive plans).
• Lead total reward compliance for the Americas with local regulations.
• Partner with US/Canada brokers to optimize benefits and manage open enrollment.
• Use external benchmarking data to inform pay structures and job benchmarking analyses.
• Support Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday, including summaries for decision-makers.
• Produce robust business cases for reward recommendations and ensure alignment with authority matrices.
• Respond to ad-hoc reward data requests with timely delivery.
• Manage recognition programs for Americas employees to drive performance.
• Collaborate with People Systems to maintain accurate Workday reward data.
