Job summary

HKA, a global risk, dispute resolution and expert services firm, seeks a Global Total Reward professional to lead Americas initiatives and collaborate on cross-border reward programs. Qualifications

• At least three years of Total Reward experience with ownership of reward activities, benefits, and recognition.
• Strong benefits acumen with experience partnering with US/Canada brokers to optimize plans, manage costs, and run open enrollment.
• Advanced analytics skills, including reward models and scenario analyses to inform recommendations.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotion processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leaders and cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage Total Reward for the Americas while collaborating on Global initiatives.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas with pay transparency, benefits, and time off regulations.
• Partner with US/Canada brokers to optimize benefits and manage costs.
• Use verified reward benchmarking data to inform pay structures and benchmarking analyses.
• Support Workday-driven reward data maintenance and annual reward cycles.
• Produce business cases for reward recommendations and ensure alignment with approvals.
• Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests for leadership oversight.
• Manage recognition programs to drive performance year-round.
• Collaborate with People Systems on data integrity in Workday.
