Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to enhance compensation, benefits, and recognition across the Americas and globally. You will report to the Global Total Reward Director and work with the Americas People Team and executives to improve reward outcomes using high-quality data analytics and strong commercial sense.

This role will engage with senior stakeholders, manage annual reward cycles, and drive decisions that motivate and retain employees across a diverse global workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Total Reward experience with ownership of reward activities.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Confidential handling of sensitive compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for the Americas while collaborating on Global initiatives.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas with pay transparency and regulations.
• Partner with benefits brokers to optimize plans and open enrollment.
• Use verified benchmarking data to inform pay structures and job analyses.
• Support Global Reward cycles and promotions using Workday data and summaries for leadership.
