Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to continue to improve our Total Reward approach for our Global business of over 1,000 employees. This role will report to our Global Total Reward Director and collaborate with the Americas People Team and stakeholders to drive improvements across the Americas and Global Total Reward initiatives.

The successful candidate will engage with senior leaders, leverage high-quality data analytics, and apply commercial insight to mature our Total Reward

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Total Reward experience.
• Strong benefits acumen with US/Canada broker partnerships.
• Analytical skills to build reward models and scenarios.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Attention to data accuracy and insightful Total Reward data.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for the Americas while collaborating on global initiatives.
• Lead total reward compliance for the Americas with the team.
• Partner with benefits brokers to optimize plans and open enrollment.
• Work with verified reward benchmarking data for recommendations.
• Support Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday.
• Produce business cases for reward recommendations and approvals.
• Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests from leadership.
• Manage recognition programs to drive performance year-round.
• Ensure Workday reward data is accurate and maintained.
