Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to enhance reward strategies for its Americas business and global initiatives. The role reports to the Global Total Reward Director and collaborates with the broader People team to deliver improvements, using high-quality data analytics and commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, manage compliance, and drive pay transparency, benefits, and annual reward cycles.

Qualifications

• Three years of Total Reward experience with ownership of reward activities, benefits and recognition.
• Strong benefits acumen with experience working with US/Canada brokers.
• Advanced analytics skills including reward models and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Meticulous data accuracy and clear reward insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage Total Reward for the Americas while collaborating on Global initiatives.
• Lead Total Reward compliance for the Americas with the Global Total Reward Director.
• Partner with US/Canada brokers to optimize benefits and run open enrollment.
• Use external benchmarking data to inform pay structures and job-specific analyses.
• Support Workday-based reward data maintenance and decision-ready summaries.
• Produce business cases for reward recommendations and ensure governance compliance.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from CEO and Board.
• Oversee recognition programs to drive performance year-round.
