Job summary

HKA seeks a Global Total Reward professional to lead reward activities across the Americas and collaborate with the Global Total Reward team on enterprise initiatives.

You will leverage data analytics and stakeholder relationships to mature the Total Reward approach, align with business goals, and support executive decision-making. This role reports to the Global Total Reward Director and interacts with executives across the Global People Team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Total Reward experience with ownership of reward activities and confidentiality.
• Strong benefits acumen with US/Canada broker partnerships to optimise plans and costs.
• Advanced analytics skills, including building reward models and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy, detail and insight for Total Reward data.
• Strong project management, prioritisation, and written communication; thrive in a lean global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for the Americas region, collaborating on global initiatives including salary structures and benefits.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with US/Canada brokers to optimise benefits and run annual open enrollment processes.
• Use external benchmarking data to inform pay structures and job‑specific analyses.
• Support Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday and prepare summaries for decision makers.
• Draft business cases for reward recommendations and ensure compliance with Authority Matrix.
• Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests from CEO and Board.
• Manage recognition programs to drive high performance year‑round.
• Ensure Workday reward data is accurate and maintained.
