Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to enhance reward strategy across the Americas and globally. The role reports to the Global Total Reward Director and works with the Americas People Business Partnering team to improve compensation and benefits with high-quality data analytics.

You will engage senior stakeholders, use Workday for rewards, and help mature the Total Reward approach to attract and retain top talent across our global business.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with Total Reward activities and confidentiality.
• Strong benefits acumen with experience partnering with brokers to optimize plans and run open enrollment.
• Advanced analytics skills with reward models and scenario analyses.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to data accuracy, detail and insight in Total Reward data.
• Strong project management and written communication in a lean global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization’s total reward with a focus on the Americas Region, collaborating on Global initiatives.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas Region with the Global Total Reward Director and Americas People Business Partnering team.
• Partner with US and Canada benefits brokers to optimize benefits and drive open enrollment.
• Work with external reward benchmarking data for pay structures and benchmarking analyses.
• Support Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday, including summaries for Decision Makers.
• Produce business cases for reward recommendations with clear summaries for governance.
• Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests from CEO and Board.
• Manage recognition programs for Americas employees to drive performance.
• Collaborate to ensure Workday reward data is maintained at high standards.
