Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with Total Reward, including ownership of reward activities.
• Strong benefits acumen with a track record of partnering with US and Canada brokers to optimize plans, manage costs, and run open enrollment.
• Advanced analytics skills, including experience building reward models and scenario analyses that translate into clear recommendations.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotion processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy, detail and insight, including preparing clear Total Reward data.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and written communication skills; able to thrive in a lean, high-impact global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for Americas and collaborate on global initiatives.
• Lead total reward compliance for the Americas with pay transparency, benefits and time off regulations.
• Partner with US/Canada benefits brokers to optimize benefits and manage costs, including open enrollment.
• Work with externally verified reward benchmarking data to inform total reward recommendations and analyses.
• Support the Global Total Reward Cycle and promotions using Workday, including summaries for key decision makers.
• Produce commercial business cases for reward recommendations and ensure alignment with governance.
• Respond to ad-hoc Total Reward data requests from the CEO and Board.
• Manage recognition programs for Americas employees to drive performance.
• Ensure Workday reward data is maintained to a high standard.
