Job summary

HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to improve and develop Total Reward for the global business of 1,000+ employees. This role reports to the Global Total Reward Director and collaborates with the Global People Team and stakeholders to deliver enhancements across the Americas and global initiatives.

You will leverage data analytics, communication, and commercial acumen to mature Total Reward, motivating and retaining top talent.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Total Reward experience with hands-on ownership of reward activities, benefits and recognition.
• Strong benefits acumen with experience partnering with US and Canada brokers to optimize plans and run open enrollment.
• Advanced analytics skills including reward models and scenario analyses for clear recommendations.
• Experience supporting annual reward cycles and promotions processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to data accuracy, detail and insight; able to present Total Reward data clearly.
• Strong project management, prioritization and written communication; thrive in a lean global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage total reward for the Americas with global collaboration on initiatives.
• Lead on total reward compliance for the Americas in line with global directives.
• Partner with US/Canada brokers to optimize benefits and run open enrollment.
• Use verified benchmarking data to inform pay structures and job-specific analyses.
• Support Workday-based reward data and author business cases for decision makers.
• Prepare summaries for CEO and Board Remuneration Committee.
