Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead in the United States to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that optimize finance, analytics, planning and HR.

The role involves leading or supporting the Time Tracking workstream on Workday implementations, shaping workplans for large global engagements, and guiding clients on industry standards and best practices while expanding leadership and advisory skills within a market-leading team.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Minimum of 1 year of Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Own workplans for large complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, and resources.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirements.
• Provide support for regular Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes and year-end activities.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions ensuring cross-functional cohesion.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
