Cogent Communications is seeking a results-driven sales leader to recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Managers. The role focuses on selling DIA, Ethernet Point-to-Point, Colocation, and IP Transit across SMB, corporate, and enterprise markets.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, strong coaching skills, and CRM proficiency. An in-office environment supports focused mentorship and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with coaching and management experience.
• Proven track record of success selling Cogent’s product set and finding new business.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train and develop a diverse team of AMs in selling DIA, Ethernet Point-to-Point, Colocation and IP Transit.
• Drive to meet and exceed sales revenue and productivity objectives.
• Manage and utilize pipeline management for each sales rep.
• Work on time management to ensure efficiency in achieving goals/metrics.
