Job summary

Cogent Communications is seeking an in-office Account Manager leader to hire, train and grow a team selling DIA, Ethernet, Colocation and IP Transit on a regional, national and global level.

You will drive revenue, manage pipelines and coach reps to exceed targets, with emphasis on time management and performance metrics. This role requires travel and a strong track record in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling Cogent’s product set.
• Experience finding new business and leading a sales team.
• College degree preferred; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop AMs for DIA, Ethernet, Colocation and IP Transit.
• Drive revenue and meet productivity objectives.
• Manage sales pipelines for multiple reps.
