Job summary

EY is seeking to strengthen its Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team to lead the Snowflake Partner Program. The role collaborates with Global Alliance Leadership to coordinate objectives, activation, governance, and program execution across regions.

The role is based in the US or UK with a mix of virtual work and regular cross‑team coordination, and some travel is expected. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package and geographic pay transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company.
• Proven success in building and nurturing win–win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in actions and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities, delivering alliance sales and revenues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy programs globally with activation and governance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and metrics for impact/influence.
• Activate new countries and super regions with approvals, governance and contracts.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content and insights.
