Job summary

EY is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the Snowflake alliance partner program within the Global Snowflake Alliance teams. This role coordinates with Alliance Global Leadership, partner organizations, and EY delivery practices to drive objectives of alliance partner programs.

The position requires travel and offers a mix of virtual work and global coordination, with the opportunity to influence alliance strategy across multiple countries and regions.

Qualifications

• Ability to juggle many activities while providing enablement services across governance, marketing, contracts and finance.
• Understanding of Snowflake technology and business benefits of alliance partner products.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Proven track record in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management to drive actions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally with local activation and governance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and metrics for alliance impact.
• Activate new countries and super regions, ensuring approvals and governance for new programs.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute content, knowledge sharing and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem network.
