Job summary

EY is seeking an Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship professional to lead the Snowflake partner program, coordinating with Global Alliance Leadership and EY delivery teams to execute strategy and drive value across regions.

You will oversee program governance, enablement, and reporting while expanding alliance reach and ensuring compliance. The role requires travel and a hybrid work model in the US or UK, with regular cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement services in relationship governance, marketing strategy, contract and financial management.
• Understanding of Snowflake technology and alliance benefits.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
• Track record building and nurturing win‑win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence skills to drive actions and outcomes.
• Credible communicator with strong organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy globally with local activation and governance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and metrics for partner impact.
• Activate new countries and super regions with approvals, governance, and business plans.
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute to EY’s Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network with content and insights.
