Lenovo Global Financial Services is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for SMB North America based in Morrisville, NC. You will lead financing growth initiatives, develop scalable programs, enable sellers, and engage partners to drive financing adoption across Lenovo's SMB base.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in financial services sales supporting SMB or mid-market organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the LGFS SMB growth strategy for North America.
Increase financing penetration across Lenovo SMB opportunities.
Partner closely with SMB sales teams, Inside Sales, Digital Sales, and Channel organizations.
Drive awareness and adoption of standard financing programs and promotions.
Simplify financing execution and improve seller experience.
Create and deliver financing enablement and sales training.
Track performance and identify market growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to launch financing campaigns.
Work with credit, operations, and funding partners to ensure efficient deal execution.
Establish scalable best practices that can be replicated across the SMB business.
