Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Global Program Manager for its Services Partner Program to own, evolve, and scale a high-impact initiative within the Global Partner Program team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups including channel management, sales engineering, and professional services to optimize the program and deliver measurable outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you will engage partners, manage escalations, and provide executive-level reporting to inform strategy and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence and drive change across boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with diplomacy in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program to keep it competitive, relevant, and scalable.
• Identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities; implement improvements.
• Partner with global enablement teams to equip Channel Teams and Partners.
• Engage with Zoom Partners to surface insights shaping program direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program execution and governance.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and KPI dashboards.
