Qualifications

• 6–10+ years experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
• 3+ years experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program—driving strategic updates that keep it competitive, relevant, and scalable.
• Identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities within the current program and implement improvements.
• Partner with global enablement teams to ensure Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are fully equipped to leverage the program.
• Maintain deep, ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to stay connected to their business needs and surface insights that shape program direction.
• Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end—owning corrective action plans and driving them through to resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Channel Sales Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance to support program execution and governance.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs that reflect program health, partner performance, and overall business impact.
