Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Global Program Manager for its Services Partner Program to own, evolve, and scale a strategic channel partner initiative. You will work within Zoom's Global Partner Program team alongside channel account management, channel sales engineering, and professional services.

You will identify optimization opportunities, partner with enablement teams, and drive governance, reporting, and KPI tracking to inform senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity
• 3+ years building or managing partner programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with ability to influence and drive change across boundaries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tactful diplomacy in complex stakeholder environments
• Strong financial and operational acumen—comfortable with details and analysis

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program and drive strategic updates
• Identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities within the program
• Partner with global enablement teams to equip Zoom Channel Teams and Partners
• Maintain ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to surface business insights
• Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end with corrective actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program execution and governance
• Develop executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations
• Establish and report KPIs reflecting program health and business impact
