Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Global Program Manager for our Services Partner Program to own, evolve, and scale a program that already drives measurable impact. You will sit with the Global Partner Program team and collaborate across channel management, engineering, operations, and services to sharpen outcomes.

This role rewards orchestration over creation, and thrives on data-driven insights, executive reporting, and driving adoption of improvements that unlock partner value at scale.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience working for or with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
• 3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence across boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tactful diplomacy.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program, driving strategic updates to keep it competitive and scalable.
• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities and implement meaningful improvements.
• Partner with global enablement teams to ensure Zoom Channel Teams and Partners are equipped to leverage the program.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to surface insights shaping program direction.
• Manage partner issues end-to-end, owning corrective action plans and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and governance.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs reflecting program health and business impact.
