Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Global Program Manager for the Services Partner Program to own and evolve a scalable partner ecosystem. You will work within the Global Partner Program team alongside cross-functional groups to optimize and accelerate program impact.

You will drive KPI reporting, manage escalations end-to-end, and partner with enablement and services teams to ensure partners are equipped to succeed. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a structured hybrid work

Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience working with Partners in a channel or alliance capacity.
3+ years building or managing partner programs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and change leadership across boundaries.
Excellent verbal and written communication with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Zoom's Services Partner Program to stay competitive and scalable.
Identify gaps and optimization opportunities within the program.
Partner with enablement teams to ensure channel teams and Partners are equipped to leverage the program effectively.
Maintain ongoing engagement with Zoom Partners to surface business insights.
Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end with corrective action plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and governance.
Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting, insights, and program recommendations.
Establish and report on KPIs reflecting program health and impact.
